keep getting near my 1.2 cap. i need unlimited. all instructions lead to broken pages/dead links. help please!

when i google it it points to this link http://xfinity.com/buy/plan/checkout/XFINUDAT
after a few steps into this i get the message "
The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.
Get updates about Xfinity Home, Xfinity Cameras, and 24/7 Video Recording."
Got it, okay. Thank you for sharing that message. The link you were using is the exact one you'd need to go through the enrollment process. You would just follow the on-screen instructions to get it added. However, some accounts do have limitations to the changes they can make online (to help ensure you don't loose any special deals in the process), so this would explain the error you are getting. Hey @rutiger we definitely want to ensure you can get unlimited data added on if you need it. We'll get this taken care of. Are you signed into your online My Account profile when trying to add on unlimited data? Are there any specific messages/errors that pop up on the webpage when trying to make this change online?
can you post exact instructions on how/where to add unlimited? yes, i'm logged into my account.
