I want speak to a real human in customer service! Anything less is a waste of my time.
I am SO angry right now. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a real human EVER about my problem. The chat takes HOURS with slow responses, and the texting never asks the right questions to be able to identify and address our problem. Not speaking to a person is a complete waste of my time. In my area, there is no other choice for internet, so we're [Edited: "Language"]. If there was another choice, I would be gone! [Edited: "Inflammatory"].
