I want my refund

I've waited over 30 days for a refund since I closed the account. Why is it taking so long?

Good morning @user_zwypt4, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. When it comes to a refund on closed account in about four to six weeks after disconnecting service, a refund is issued for any remaining credit balance on the account that exceeds the total charges of any unreturned, Comcast-owned equipment. The refund is applied to the last payment method on file, if eligible.
