I WANT MY INTERNET NOW

I moved august 1st. I have been trying for 3 days to transfer my internet service to the new address. The chat agent flat out lied to me last night and said she fixed it and it would tranfer in sn hour. 24 hours later, still nothing. Cant get a human on the phone. Just endless circles of uselesness. I WANT THE SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR
