I want my internet equipment

Ups sent my xfinity equipment back to the sender. I have fixed everything they have asked involving my address. I even sent emails regarding my package and haven’t heard anything back.  I have waited a week. I just want my package. I have my monthly bill but no internet box. What should I do no?

I'd be happy to look into this for you, find out what's going on and get you the equipment you need.
