I received an email about a virtual prepaid card
I received an email stating that I received a virtual prepaid card from Xfinity. it originates from the email yourcard@incentivetracker.xifinity.com
I don't see any such incentive being reflected in my mobile app and I'm posting here because getting in contact with an Xfinity agent in any sensible way such as a phone call or via a message is an exercise in futility.
