I received an email about a cancellation request, but I never made that request

I received an email about a cancellation request, but I never made that request. would like to keep my service and equipment.

My roommate moved out, and a new one moved in. I suspect one of them accidentally canceled my service. 

Could you please check this issue? Thank you.
