I received an email about a cancellation request, but I didn’t make a request

How should I proceed and fix this? I do not want to cancel my service.

Hello there @user_diz8ab ! That is odd that you received this if it was not initiated. Does anyone else have access to change or update services with your account like a secondary user? In any event, we can certainly help stop the cancellation request if one exists. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address to get authentication started. Thanks!
