I purchased a new plan but my app says I still have my old plan

I just purchased a 1300mbps plan upgrading from my 400 mbps plan. However my app does not say that I have this new plan. It has not updated. I cannot get ahold of a representative and xfinity assistant and the customer support line have no options to help me and they refuse to connect me to an agent. Please connect me to an actual person. I have the confirmation email saying that I confirmed this order.
