Hello OneLove420 thank you so much for taking the time to reach out here on our Xfinity Forums! We do take fraudulent charge concerns very seriously, and want to take all necessary steps to fully resolve this. Regarding our phone numbers, our primary contacts are 1-800-XFINITY(934-6489) or 1-800-COMCAST(266-2278), and any of our agents(US based or our overseas partners) are ready and able to assist in escalating this situation to the proper teams. If you've used these avenues already, we are happy to help via this platform.

Same here, they will not let you talk to the fraud department. They are useless in helping. Their overseas customer service is horrible and this is why I hate Comcast/ Xfinity.

An Xfinity mobile rep who claimed to be named "Khryz" created a new account & added 2 new phone lines @ $70 each with new phone numbers without my knowledge. Then the agent ordered 2 SIMS cards. The confirmation email indicated they would be shipped by 2-day standard delivery at no charge. Within roughly 3 hours of the shipping notice, I received a notice indicating "delivered" & then within 2 minutes, the SIMS cards were activated. I never received any SIMS cards; I never ordered any new phone lines; I only have 2 phones.
The agent clearly understood what she was supposed to do & repeatedly assured me that all she was doing was linking my mobile phone lines to the internet service so that I would not have to pay an extra $25 on the mobile account. For that, she said she needed my social security number & date of birth. Since I called Xfinity, I trusted that the agent was telling me the truth. I had no idea she had set me up to pay for 4 mobile lines- 2 @ $30 each, my original Mobile select account, & 2 @ $70 each, the newly created Mobile account, for a total of $200/mo when I only have 2 phones. I learned this is called commission fraud & that the agent used her authority to issue SIMS cards & confirm them as delivered in order to secure the commission.
I have spent 3 days trying to get this resolved & trying to reach the Mobile Fraud department unsuccessfully. I keep getting obstructed from reaching them. Another agent called Nel claimed that I had to agree to the new contract & that he would fix everything once it was approved. He said he could not fix it unless I accepted the contract. I was very nervous about agreeing to a contract that I never ordered & told him I did not feel comfortable agreeing to something I did not order, but he repeatedly assured me he was not cheating me & that I could record the call which I did. His "assistance" resulted in all 4 lines still in active status with the new second account being billed at $70 for 2 moblle lines, a total of $130/mo after a fraud was perpetrated on me.
The next day, I again tried to get this fixed & the agent refused to correct the monthly bill to the correct amount of $60 because he claimed that I had already received a $30 credit for all this trouble. The pittance of credit for all the trouble, creating a fraud report, putting a freeze on my credit reports, & the numerous calls & hours consumed to correct the fraud seem very pale in comparison to the $360 worth of a free mobile phone line being offered to new customers who sign up with Xfinity.
Day after day, I have been obstructed from contacting the mobile fraud department. Not one agent has referred me to submit a report in writing or directed me to the website instructions under "Comcast Resources for Fraud and Identity Theft Resolution." It is incredulous that agents would refuse to correct my billing back to the original amount after a fraud was perpetrated which resulted in higher billing charges. I find no common sense in the Xfinity marketing strategy of giving away free mobile service for a year to a new customer which amounts to $360, but cheating its loyal customers out of $10/mo and reliable and trustworthy customer service. I plan to pursue all avenues available to me to resolve this issue, report this issue, and to be compensated for the extremely stressful experience that has adversely impacted my health, wellbeing, and nearly caused a heart attack. If anyone out there can expedite this matter to the proper department, or direct me to one agent with some integrity and honesty, please respond.

In order to post to the forum, a pop-up window indicates that I must agree to 2 policies. When I tried to click on their link, nothing but the same pop-up window asking me to consent to the policies opens in another window. I had to agree to 2 policies that I was not able to read or review. I thought I would be able to find them afterwards, but still am unable to find them. Where can these 2 policies be found?
