Hello, @user_6jzukf! Thank you for creating a post and sharing those email details with us. The news of a potential upgrade to your area is very exciting! You've come to the right place. Our Digital Care Team is awesome to work with, and we would be more than happy to look into this further for you. To clarify, what sends you to the Xfinity Assistant, clicking on "Schedule an appointment"? Have you tried proceeding with scheduling that visit via the assistant by chance? If so, what happens?
