That phone number worked!! I did not have that number. Downside, I just needed repeat "no" (alot) in order bypass the virtual assist the phone auto attendant wanted to connect me with!
Although the virtual assistant is great in many circumstances, disconnecting a service is not a such circumstances.

I have been on the phone for the last hour and a half today and yesterday over 3 hours trying to resolve that xfinity has been billing me since Jan 2023 for mobile serve (it was automatically taken out of my account) that I never ordered. They need to figure out why it takes soooo long to resolve. I have bank statements showing the charges. I was told they will get back to me and I might only be reimbursed for 6 months! Not happy customer!
