I need to speak with a Actual supervisor. I need access to direct messaging. I have network issues. I have plan issues.

I have tried everything. I have made at least 20 calls.  And spent 40 hours on the phone with the phone reps and they tell me to talk to someone else or lie to me. Ive asked for supervisors and I Have had NOTHING BUT problems. Ive been to the store 5 times too.

Just look at my account in its entirety and the notes on it since switch my mobile to u in June. Ive wasted at least 40 hours on the phone and 5 times to the store. 11 and a half years and a diamond member your about to lose because your agent lied to me about a free upgrade and I have every call drop and only connect to your lte network. My next step is the FCC. I need to TALK A SUPERVISOR
