I NEED TO SPEAK TO A LIVE AGENT
i’ve been calling for months about a refund , i finally got my refund but only for my equipment and not for paying for months for wifi i no longer had ! i’m trying to track my other refund since its been 5 months and i can’t even talk to a live agent to ask ! they don’t offer the option and i don’t know what to do anymore ! who would want anything to do with them if you can’t even get simple questions answered

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
