I need to have outside box moved from hazardous utility pole to newly installed pole
On June 28th a storm knocked limbs onto power lines causing my utility pole to split. My electric company has replaced the pole and moved their equipment but will not remove the dangerous pole until xfinity moves the box. I have contacted xfinity numerous times and on July 5th a technician came out and took pictures. Since that time I have spoken with two other employees and was told a ticket was opened but no one has been out. This is a hazardous pole located directly next to my grandchildren's play area!

I can certainly understand your concern, especially given that this damaged pole is located right next to an area where your grandchildren play. After the storm on June 28, you've already taken the appropriate steps by reporting the issue multiple times, having a technician visit and document the situation, and following up on the status of the ticket. It's understandable that you're looking for this safety hazard to be addressed as quickly as possible.
Since you're already working with our team through Direct Messages, we'll continue assisting you there to avoid duplicating information and to ensure all updates remain tied to your existing case. We appreciate your patience while this issue is being worked through, and we'll review the details of the ticket with you directly to help determine the next steps.
