The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
user_za3wps Hi there! Thank you so much for using our Forums and for taking the time to contact us. We are here to work together and help you make the changes you need to your account. In order to get started can you send us a DM with your full name and service address?
Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference, but I look forward to further assisting you today.
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support: • Click "Sign In" if necessary • Click the "Direct Message" icon • Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send it
