My bill increased by almost 40%. Plus my service was frequently interrupted in the last 4 years. I found a faster service at almost half the price. Finally, this cancellation process has only further convinced me I made the right choice to leave. I cannot believe how difficult this has been to cancel. I cannot do it over the phone unless I have nearly an hour of time. I've heard it takes days to accomplish the simple task of canceling this service.
