I need to cancel my account

I have to cancel my account. I no longer live where the account is billed at. I need to cancel. The online forms seems to want to schedule a phone call. I work on-call during those hours. I need to cancel my account. I need to cancel my account. How do I cancel my account.

I need to cancel because my servicehas not worked for three months so I am changing service. I called last week and when I talked to customer service the were about to give me the final info when the call was dropped

Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
