I need to a real person from the retention dept

I have been trying to peak with a person in the retention dept but am speaking with someone overseas who won't quit talking and is not listening.  Any ideas please?

99% of all my problems are solved or questions are answered by using Xfinity live chat. Had a few agents over the years who lied and made up stories to make a sell, but some have been very helpful.
