The most common reason is that a promotional rate might’ve ended after a certain period, usually 12 or 24 months. There could also be adjustments due to updated service packages, equipment fees, or even changes in taxes and regional fees. Like many companies, we sometimes have to adjust prices to keep up with the costs of maintaining and improving the network.
