@XfinityDena​ why did my bill increase? I have been paying the same amount for 2 years and haven't made any changes.

user_3fwm71 I totally understand how frustrating it can be to see your bill go up, especially when you haven’t made any changes. The most common reason is that a promotional rate might’ve ended after a certain period, usually 12 or 24 months. There could also be adjustments due to updated service packages, equipment fees, or even changes in taxes and regional fees. Like many companies, we sometimes have to adjust prices to keep up with the costs of maintaining and improving the network. I’d be happy to take a closer look at your account and explain exactly what caused the increase!
