I moved the 23rd and had my service transferred to a new apartment

So I moved apartments on the 23 of July and did a transfer to a new apartment but had service stop that day I paid my bill for the new apt and the old one as well but now it shows that I owe 127 for the old apartment on Sept 1and 95 for the new apartment is something wrong here?
