I moved my service a month ago and I am still seeing my address like I have two accounts when I DON'T.

I moved my service a month ago and I am still seeing my address like I have two accounts when I DON'T. I have called so many times spoken to so many people . Being told there notes about me disconnecting that address but its still open and acting as if I owe money when I don't Why is it so hard for Xfinity to remove this ???? I turned the modem a month ago too. I am tired of calling and explaining so simple

If it is, and it is still showing, you can unlink it from your login with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. Please send a direct message to us including your full name and complete street address.


Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

1-Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3-Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4-In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. 
6-An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8-Press Enter to send it.
