I lost Peacock that I had on my plan
I made some plan changes ( not including removal of Peacock) in January. On my subsequent bill, it still did show free Peacock. I haven't watched it in a couple of months, and today I went to stream Resident Alien, and it showed I had to subscribe. I have an email from 10/18/23 stating I can enjoy Peacock Premium until 10/5/25 at no extra cost.
How do I get it back

Firstly, we want to make sure that your current service plan does include peacock premium. You can find this information by heading to https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, here you can find all of your active subscriptions through Xfinity. You can also view the PDF version of your Xfinity bill and check page 3 to see if it lists peacock premium included at no additional cost on your billing. Furthermore, you can check out this article View your Xfinity billing statement history for detailed instructions on how to view the PDF version of your bill.
Once you have verified that you have this service it may need to be reactivated, which is a simple process. You can actually find instructions to activate your peacock premium service in the article below.

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
