I have spent hours stuck in Xfinity ID Login Loop

I'm trying to set up internet service at my new home. I've had an account with Xfinity for many years but haven't used them for over two years. I got a plan set up and all my billing info in. Then I clicked order and it just sent me back to a generic Home Screen and didn't give me any confirmation of my order. Then I got an email saying there was still an internet plan waiting to be confirmed in my cart. When I try to log in with my Xfinity ID, my phone number, it says that it doesn't match any records. I tried setting up a new account under my email address, which I believe also used to be set up. I have tried resetting passwords, which it does let me do but when I try to look at my account settings or anything it doesn't register that I'm signed in. The Xfinity assistant will not let me speak to any assistant as it says my xfinity id is not valid, when I try to get it to bring me to a sign in screen to try my e-mail address, it just loops over and over. I have tried virtually everything I can and can't even call to get this figured out as they require an Xfinity ID to speak to anyone. I'm going crazy, please help me, I need to get internet set up at my new home asap as I work from home and am dependent on it.

Hey there, user_o68zqi, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your login issues. We would be happy to help you with getting logged into your account. Can you please send us a Direct Message so we can assist you with the account?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
