I have received the worst customer service ever from an Xfinity supervisor
I experienced an exceptionally negative interaction with an Xfinity supervisor. Despite being promised a $50 promotional bill by multiple representatives, the supervisor I spoke with was extremely rude. He informed me that verbal agreements are not considered valid by Xfinity and subsequently terminated the call after I requested his name. I would rather go to Verizon with my service rather than deal with the miscommunication and blatant disrespect from xfinity's customer service. Beware of Xfinity.
