I Have Not Received My Incentive Offer

On 2/19/2025, I upgraded my xfinity service to include "Gigabit x2" internet service. By doing so, I was informed that, "You'll receive a $200 Amazon eGift Card, if you maintain this offer for 90 days." The first service date that included charges for this service was 3/17/2025. I have maintained this service for the entirety of the intervening period. My current billing statement for the period "Jul 17, 2025 to Aug 16, 2025" includes charges for this service. Therefore, as of today, I have maintained this service for at least 127 days, 37 days beyond the required 90 days. As of yet, I have not received any notification about receiving the $200 Amazon eGift Card. Additionally, the xfinity incentive tracker at https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track informs me that there is no record of an incentive for my account.

I have saved the documents that I received from xfinity associated with my service upgrade. These documents clearly state that the upgrade qualified for the incentive, so please don't try to tell me that there was no incentive associated with my upgrade.

In light of the fact that there are many other complaints on this forum from other subscribers about the failure of xfinity to fulfill incentive offers in a timely manner, I believe that this qualifies as an intentionally fraudulent business practice.

Please immediately provide me with the $200 Amazon eGift Card.

Follow-up: I followed XfinityJorge's instructions for contacting Xfinity Support. It took a few exchanges and a few days, but the $200 virtual gift card arrived by email on 7/29/2025. I appreciate that Xfinity fulfilled the incentive offer after I contacted them; however, they should have done so automatically without any intervention on my part.
