I have internet service in my cart and need to remove

Yes so 8 have Internet service in my cart and I've talked to 3 different Xfinity agents and nothing they said help so please help me

So when I go to try to purchase a phone on shop Mobile and it takes me to go check out it says one line and use and then one line existing or when I click on my cart it has the internet service in it and it will not let me remove the internet at all in my card
