I have electrical damage from Comcast work in my yard

On December 11th, 2025, a Comcast subcontractor (Accutrench) damaged the under ground electrical wire in front of my home.  Very considerable damage was done to devices within my home, I received one of the larger invoices just today.  I need to be contacted and begin the process of getting these devices paid for and replaced.

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
