I am trying to voice my own complaint but all I am getting is a copy of others'
We have had comcast/xfinity come to our house, deal with us on the phone and they fix nothing. They promise to solve issues, decrease the bill, expand services. After each call, we get the opposite; suckered into long term agreements, wifi gets slower, storage space shrinks , and costs go up
What I request is just a modicum of honesty. I know that asking for full honesty is asking for too much. We need our service to function. We do not need more lies. We need results. Maybe a service person who comes to the house, figures out what is actually wrong and doesn't run away in the middle of the service call.
