I hate the phone system [Edited: Language] How do I talk to a real person!!!!

Please provide a phone number that will have a real person!!!  It is so frustrating and ridiculous!  My aging parents cannot get a real person and they are being charged for things that the should not be.  They are about to lose their service and I cannot help them

I am having a similar experience.  I completely agree w/ this person's opinion.  It's been a terrible experience.  It should not be this difficult to either get to a person, or at minimum have the automated system tell me they will have someone call me back or put me on hold.
