I do not authorize the renewal or extension of my current fixed-term agreement

Dear Xfinity Customer Service,

I was informed that my current 24-month agreement began on March 15, 2025, and is scheduled to expire on March 15, 2027.

I hereby formally notify Comcast that I do not authorize the renewal or extension of my current fixed-term agreement.

I wish to permanently discontinue all Xfinity services immediately after my current contractual commitment ends, without early termination fees.

I am also unable to access my contract online. Please provide a complete copy of the agreement, confirm its exact expiration date, and explain the procedure for scheduling my final service disconnection.

Please acknowledge this notice in writing.

Sincerely,

[Removed: NAME Personal information]

hank you for reaching out. I understand that you do not wish to renew or extend your current agreement and would like to discontinue your Xfinity services once your commitment ends.

I can certainly help review your account to confirm the exact agreement expiration date, assist with obtaining a copy of your agreement, and explain the process for scheduling your disconnection.

Please keep in mind that your services will not automatically disconnect when your agreement expires, so a separate disconnection request will be necessary.

Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and service address?

How to send us a direct message:

- Click “Sign In” if necessary.
- Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.
- Click the “Start new conversation” icon, which looks like a pencil and paper.
- In the “To:” line, type “Xfinity Support.”
- As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
- An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:” line.
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
- Press Enter to send it.

Talk to you there!
