I can’t see reply to my question.

The issue is, I don’t see a reply, so there’s nothing to select. 
why can’t I see the response?

Unsatisfied-Customer Not sure why you can't see it, but I can post it again. Hopefully this time it will be visable for you. 
Recently we had to move the Cartoon network to the More sports package as you mentioned. We regularly review our channel lineups and sometimes make changes to ensure we're offering a wide variety of content at the best value. We appreciate your feedback on the change, and will make sure to send it along to our feedback team.
 
Peacock is included in some of our packages at no cost as well, but some still wouldn't have it in them. You mentioned you only watch about 20 channels. Is there any other lineup at this time that includes them at a lower cost by chance? I would be happy to do a courtesy review of the account to see if there is a better pricing I can offer for what you enjoy. Let me know.
