I can’t schedule a callback to cancel my service

When I try to schedule a callback to cancel my service, I get an error that gives me two options: try again or navigate to the support site. Try again does nothing. I just want to cancel 🙃

To start a direct message, you must be signed in. Please click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right of the page next to the bell, and send your message to "Xfinity Support".
