I can't get ahold of Xfinity Support whatsoever?
Xfinity incorrectly charged my account, and has made it impossible to contact them in anyway. I tried calling 1-800-XFINITY and just get sent into an endless loop with an automated bot who just tells me it can send me a link to chat with another bot. When I go through the steps with the that texting chat bot it tells me I can't speak with a live agent and try calling 1-800-XFINITY. It's so frustrating when a company just chooses not to deliver services or any means to resolve problems they're creating.
Anyone know a way I can actually talk to a real person?
I'm extra frustrated because I literally spent an hour on the phone last month with a customer rep to dispute charges and they told me they amended it.
