I can't change my internet plan

My current plan is due and the price is about to raise. I'd like to explore options that can keep the current rate. However the "Change Plan" button on my xfinity webpage does not work at all. It always gives me error page to https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=plan-error. Any suggestions?
