Hey there, @user_coylj8, thank you for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the issues with your phone. If restarting didn’t help and both calls and texts are still not working, are you able to access the Xfinity app or website over WiFi? Did you try resetting the network settings to see if that helped?
