I cannot receive my transfer pin
I broke my phone. I have NOW Mobile and it is impossible to recieve my transfer pin. I want to change carriers because Xfinity customer service is the worst.

NOW mobile is supported by our NOW support team. They can be contacted by visiting the NOW portal. Are you having trouble receiving the transfer pin due to not being able to use the phone?
