I cannot get the mobile app
My roommate moved out and I need to switch the router over to my xfinity plan but I cannot find a way to do this as I do not own a smartphone and therefore cannot get the mobile app. The assistant is worthless as it cannot conceive of someone not having a phone, and I cannot find a way to get in contact with a real person. Everything xfinity tells me to do is "get the app". Which is impossible for me to do. I even tried downloading bluestacks to try to emulate the app but it didn't work.
