I am wanting to request service

In June my fiancé and I bought a new house a couple minutes down the street. When we went to go through the process of moving all our services to the new house we were heartbroken that Xfinity was not offered out here just yet. We had to settle with using Fidelity and since day one we have HAYES the service. It’s over priced, constantly having problems and absolutely ZERO perks for customers! Is there ANYTHING I can do to get my Xfinity back?!? Please tell me there’s a way to go back to you guys!
