Human Resources

I am an employee of Comcast and have worked there for 25 years.  I have been out on leave for more than 180 days and they canceled my courtesy services and sent me a bill for $548.00 as my new monthly. They also disconnected my services today because I am not paying that much per month for cable and internet. I am trying desperately to get a phone number to someone at the corporate office in human resources who will be able to help me understand a few things about their policy. If anyone has any information please respond to this message

Hey @user_15d1aa,

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the ""To:"" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Thank you for reaching out. While our team can help with a wide variety of concerns, we unfortunately cannot assist with HR related questions or act as an intermediary for current or former employees. Please reach out to HR Shared Services (HRSS) by calling 877-909-4748 or emailing HRSS at ask_hrss@comcast.com anytime Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET for assistance. I apologize, but we will not be able to provide any further assistance or forward communication regarding the issue.

This seems to be the classic answer.  No one is willing to even speak on the matter and just pushes me off to another department.

I'm sorry, but we really can't help employees with their accounts here.  We're not trying to push you off; it's just that this is for residential customers, not for employees.  We have never been able to help employees here.  You need to use the information that @XfinityDemitrius provided for you because he's given you the number to HR Shared Services as well as an email address.

Good luck!
