Human Being to talk to at Xfinity?

Is there a real human being to talk to at Xfinity? Please ? Its all computer bot as well as chat? Why?

You can find a phone number on your billing statement.

I always got to our nearest service center That has always worked fine for me. I never deal over the phone and hang up on calls.

I have the same problem. On 9/8/23 arrived at the local Xfinity store, returned all my equipment, and canceled my cable tv.  Only one item shows on the bill as returned and I am still being billed for the cable tv.
