How to Unsubscribe from Mail!?

Since signing up for xFinity internet service, I have received several promotional emails daily! I've unsubscribed from everywhere I can find and still receive at least 1/day. The emails either don't have an option to unsubscribe, or if they do, it takes me to the page that shows I've unsubscribed from everything already.

It is not okay to send so much spam and not provide an option to opt out. How do I stop receiving your promotional materials?

Still going strong with an email a day, 4 weeks after starting service. I don't care that there's a new store opening next to me, or that I have a free trial of Peacock TV available.

How do I unsubscribe?

Hello, danbujak. Welcome to the Xfinity Forums.

I'm excited to hear you are new to the Comcast family!

It is certainly odd that you are still receiving newsletters and such even after opting out of them. I would love to take a closer look into this with you and get this corrected as quickly as possible.  Please send me a private message with your first and last name, as well as your service address so I can assist.

To send a private message, click my name "ComcastTambrey", then click "send a message".

I am NOT a current xFinity customer, and have been receiving constant marketing emails from you (18 in December alone). When I click on the link at the bottom of an email to stop them, it takes me to a page that shows all my communication  is OFF. I have been trying for weeks to stop these.
When I click on your name, as you instructed above, I do not see an option to send you a private message.

The sending of a Private Message to anyone in the Forums, especially Official Employees, unless specifically requested, is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Please do NOT send any of the Official Employees private messages unless they request it. By doing so they are being flooded with PM's and are being bogged down in trying to answer all of them. This keeps them from doing their job effectively here in the forums and defeats the purpose of the forums.

Thanks

Thank you, I did not realize that. I was just following the instructions given above to someone who had the same problem, hoping I could also get help.

"To send a private message, click my name "ComcastTambrey", then click "send a message"."

I will post separately, and hope for HELP for someone.

I am being BARRAGED by xFinity marketing emails, and no matter what I try, I can't stop them.

I have been trying to unsubscribe from worthless marketing emails from comcast for months.

I have clicked the links, called time after time---front line support has been clueless and useless on this issue--and have UNSUBSCRIBED from everything including things I really want just to stop worthless wastes of my time like the weekly watchlist and announcements for programming that just adds to the 100-200 channels for which I have less than zero use in life.

Someone finally opened a ticket but of course nothing happened.

Comcast is the only company I have ever know that provides an unsubscribe link, one uses it, calls about it, pleads for relief, and does nothing.

Why won't you respect these simple wishes? In the process you have led me to unsusbscribe to things where you might actually make a sale. You only harm yourselves by not following a simple 20th century request 21 years into the 21st century.

Thank you

Same. I get daily promotional emails that I do not want. I have all marketing promotions turned off and they still spam me. I've asked customer service many times to fix it and they say, "ok, no problem" and then nothing changes. This is really poor business practice.
