Hello, this should be accessible in your accessibility options: If your remote has it, press A (triangle button) to visit the X1 Help screen, then use the down arrow key to find the Other row. Use the right arrow key to find the Accessibility tile, then press the raised button in the center of the directional pad. You should also be able to turn it off using the voice function. Please let us know here if that works for you. If not, we will do some more digging for you.
Also, depending on your TV (smart or not) that may be a function of your TV, but let's focus on the X1 box and remote before we look at that.
