How to train your dragon tickets

I am a diamond member and got a notification of two free tickets for this movie through Fandango. How do I claim this reward?

You can then redeem eligible rewards, view your redemption history and more.

There is nothing there. I have the app and I have signed in on the web but it is nowhere to be found.
