How to train your dragon movie tickets

I had an email saying to get my free movie tickets but now when I go into my rewards, it is not there for me to redeem.

It was just the usual monthly email letting me know that June rewards were ready to redeem and there was details about free tickets for the movie. Exactly like how it has been in the past with movies like Wicked, Migration, and such.

@XfinityQuemekia​ I am having the same issue.  The offer was in my rewards page 2 days ago and now it's gone.  HELP... we were going to take my son for his birthday this weekend.

user_9x1gby- It's important to us that you're able to enjoy your rewards! Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your device? Also, can you confirm that you're logged in using the Primay ID when claiming your reward?

I am having the same problem. When I got the push notification I logged in and tried to claim the fandango ticket credit and the how to train your dragon activity set but the rewards system was slow and glitching and wouldn’t load. When I logged in again all how to train your dragon offers had mysteriously disappeared

Having the same issue.  Even had a badge pop up on my iPhone and when I clicked it, it took me to the general rewards page and there was nothing there regarding 2 free tickets to the movie.

I’m a platinum rewards member, had the email, was showing on the rewards page, but it’s now gone.

was there a limited number of tickets and they have all be claimed?

Are you logged into your primary username? Are you showing other June offers available?

 

Also have you tried clearing the caches and cookies on your device that you're accessing the rewards section from?

Has anyone been able to get these tickets? I just checked my mother-in-law's account (platinum) and it isn't showing for her either. My son is a lower reward tier and has been able to claim the buy one get one free offer for the movie tickets. It seems the higher tiers aren't getting the tickets. My account is diamond level and nothing there. This is disappointing.

Xfinity announced that rewards members can get up to two Fandango tickets to the live-action adaptation of How to Train Your Dragon, which premieres in theaters on June 13. This is a limited-time offer available from June 2 to June 17, aimed at Platinum and Diamond tiered members. Still, Silver and Gold tiered members qualify for a special buy-one, get-one movie ticket offer if they want to see the movie.

This doesn't say anything about while supplies last.

I had the same problem.  As soon as I clicked on email to log into my platinum rewards,  it was gone and I had an error.

I've been getting messages that there's work being done in my neighborhood also by xfinity. One yesterday the 13th and again they said Tuesday the 17th. No information on what's being serviced, but they listed my address only.  How can I check if it's the whole neighborhood that will be affected?
