How to train your dragon movie tickets

I had an email saying to get my free movie tickets but now when I go into my rewards, it is not there for me to redeem.

We are sorry to hear about the problems you're having with your Xfinity Rewards. The email that you received, did it have an expiration date or any additional details?

It was just the usual monthly email letting me know that June rewards were ready to redeem and there was details about free tickets for the movie. Exactly like how it has been in the past with movies like Wicked, Migration, and such.

When you signed in @user_iabtn9 were you able to redeem the offer, or the offer itself was unavailable?

@XfinityQuemekia​ I am having the same issue.  The offer was in my rewards page 2 days ago and now it's gone.  HELP... we were going to take my son for his birthday this weekend.

Same for me. I never received an email however it was a notification. Now in the app there is nothing about the tickets

I am experiencing the same problem!!! I have a screenshot to prove I got the promotion and I can’t find it or the email anywhere!!

I can’t find it either. I got the email and push notification and now the reward is not appearing.
