How to submit claim for lawn repair after Xfinity Crew damaged lawn

Hello,

We are reaching to see what the process is for having our lawn repaired and potentially any lawn sprinkler repair.

In Dec 2025, an Xfinity Crew was able to perform underground cable repair to residents in our subdivision. Unfortunately, the junction box they were working on was in our lawn. The Xfinity crew dug up portions of our lawn and then drove a trench digger onto our lawn to dig an underground trench to another junction box. This caused additional damage to our lawn, large divots, torn-up grass. As well as a large indentation in our lawn. This still has not been repaired.

Additionally, the area where the work was done and where the trench digger drove over and was parked is over a couple of lawn sprinkler lines and heads.

We would like to know how to submit a claim for this repair.

Hello @guinnessfc, you have come to the right place for help! The pictures will be a big help in getting this in front of the right team. Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
 Click "Sign In" if necessary
 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it.
