how to submit "account change to new holder" form without going in store?
I have tried sending it in snail mail to the local store and sent it in an email with it attached to online.communications@alerts.comcast.net and it wasn't changed or accepted.
Is there an email or fax number I can send my change of account holder paperwork to?
