How to submit a serviceability request

We just got a new house the first representative we talked to about moving service told us that more lines were being added to our area so to call back in a few weeks to transfer our service. We waited a few weeks then called back and this time were told that there were no plans to add lines to our area. We know that the neighbors to the back of our property have xfinity, so the lines are close to us. How can we submit a serviceability request to see about getting lines ran to our house (and our next door neighbors who want to switch to xfinity).

Hey @J.bohn, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums and for your interest in our service! I can certainly check if there was a serviceability request submitted or get one submitted for you. Can you send us a direct message so I can?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
