How to return Xfinity storm ready equipment

I read your messages about returning the Xfinity storm ready (and the battery backup) because I'm going to return the same equipment.
I see Xfinity Janelle (I believe she is Xfinity official representative) has listed a link "Storm ready wifi return" in there you can fill out the form.
I just did and now waiting what is next.
You guys can try it.

Hello, @user_5nbx79! Thanks for posting some great information. I believe you'll need to add an "@" before each of those usernames in order to tag them (and therefore notifying them of your post/tag).
